Dizzy, Pulse High, Nausia, asthma, and nose congention

I have a crooked nose, and all my life I have never been able to breathe through both nostrils at once. It is possible that I had a broken nose heal wrong, but could that be one of the causes of my nasil congestion? I have had it all my life and it seems to be getting worse. I do believe that my other symptoms may be due to my nose. I have gone to a heart and lung specialist and did a bunch of tests because I was getting dizzy and nausia, and my pulse was high at all times at work, (I work in a nursing home). I can just walk twenty feet and my pulse goes up to 110-140. Now, if my only problem is being out of shape (which I am not... I am nearly 20 yrs old, 5'2" tall and 132 pounds) then why is it getting worse now that I am working out every day? I have been on a program for about a month now and I cant stant this feeling anymore. the feeling is a combination of sinus infection, anxiety, and drug withdrawl. Also, when I visit my parents -who have many animals that I am alergic to -my asthma kicks up to the point where I have to take my inhaler (albuterol) 3-4 times in a 7 hour visit.  It feels exactly like I am having Zoloft withdrawls. should I up it? could it me my birth control? could it be the mixture of 800 mg ibuprofin, 50 mg zoloft, birth control, and zyrtec D? Or is it my nose?

Consider Sleep Apnea.  I have the above symptoms, and no strength.  It sounds odd, but Apnea is most of the cause.  Kay

you know you are many meds and many symptoms, it is impossible for a online md to diagnose.  ask your md, he will have better answers. asthma, also depression, dont up your meds without your md evaluating you. its good that your excercising.moderation for now.
