Excess mucus in throat, nosebleeds

Okay, so for a few weeks now, I've noticed that I am producing a LOT of mucus. I've seen my doctor maybe a month ago and I had x-rays of my sinus but they came out clear, so no sinusitis. I've been using my Flovent daily and also Nasonex.

Well I ran out of Nasonex so skipped using for a few days, but I noticed that my nose seems full so I blow it and it's always blood that comes out. I don't know if it has to do with the excess mucus but it's been bugging me too.

About the mucus, it's usually worse at night but it happens pretty much all day. At night it gets REALLY awful though, I have trouble swallowing because it feels as though I'm swallowing and the mucus won't go down, ugh.

What could it be? Allergies? Asthma? I have a cat so maybe it could explain it?

Oh and I've been on Pantoloc for a while now (gallbladder issues) so I'm thinking it might not be GERD, since pantoloc would probably take care of it right? :)

Any ideas? What should I do about it?
