Feeling of obstruction in my neck

I have had popping in my neck when swallowing now it is hurting when I turn my neck and feels like I have a bone pressing on my neck inside its very painful and is going into my ear and throat would be grateful for any ideas.

popping of the Eustachian tubes is a good thing but for popping of the neck I can't say.
