Food Lodged for 4 months in nasophayrnx

I have been battling with this problem since last September. It started when I would take my BC or my Vitamins. The pills would get lodged in my nasal cavity and I would try to work them down, but I would just end up puking or gagging a lot and would ultimately have to wait for them to dissolve. Once the pill was small enough it would work its way down my nasal cavity, pushing by the tonsil and wisdom teeth area at the back of the tongue but never surfaces? I was almost like it went down a tube, scratching and scraping along.

This went on and on for a year, needless to say I no longer take BC or any pills for that matter. It has only gotten worse, and each time I can feel the new object moving and tearing into a new spot. I do have GERD, but just recently could afford to buy the medicine. I have trouble when I eat, I choke a lot. It feels like my muscles seize and I forget where I was in chewing or slurping, so I choke and food gets in the nasal cavity. I try to snort it up but the left cavity is still pretty blocked from the last thing I had up there. It also happens when I drink with a straw or from a cup.

Now for the last think stuck, chicken from April 13th taco night. I felt it go up the nasal cavity and by the Eustachian tube and where it stayed until this last Wednesday. It ached and hurt by the carotid artery and glands and under my jaw. When the chicken was trying to work it's way out it felt like it was behind the tonsil, or by it at least. It ripped and burned all the way down the path described above then it feels like it rested in my chest cavity somewhere. Like it is stuck above my heart? There feels like a knot there now. It's like it traveled in a small tube to my chest. I could hear again, but my neck still aches. I know that it passed because it tore and burned, and also when I turn my head left and make my chin touch my shoulder the stabbing sneezing pain is gone.

My ENT was going to remove my tonsils? I am sick of idiot doctors. He knows all of this and more and is clueless as to what is wrong with me. He also knows I am a light/med smoker. I know everything there is to know about tonsil stones and that is seriously NOT what it is. My doc even agrees on that. I think I had Eustachian tube Dysfunction but I am not convinced that no damage was caused, possibly a nasal Diverticulum caused by food pushing its way down.

I am 30 I have Fibromyalgia and myofacial pain disorder. I developed lactose intolerance about 2 years ago, but was only recently self diagnosed after 1 year. I caught Giardia, coccidia from my job which resulted in lactose intolerance. I lost 45lbs in 2 months, before I figured out what happened, my doctors never figured it out. I cut dairy and i no longer projectile vomit. I am done wasting money on doctors I can usually figure it out way before they do.  Please help though I am stumped and think I am missing a piece to this. Can you help me figure out what it is? Thanks

Ok, the end result was that my acid reflux burned my left tonsil and Eustachian tube, and throat causing pain in my jaw and ear. Tonsil became infected as a result, which aggravated my TMJ. I now have throat spasms due to the damage. I had my tonsils removed today by an excellent doctor. I will have to take flexrill for the rest of my life due to the damage, it relaxes my throat so that I don't choke while eating and drinking. Long story short, DON'T EVER MESS WITH THE ACID REFLUX! It will make you miserable. I am hoping my 2 and half year journey will be over as soon as I heal. I write this in the hopes that no one has to go through this.
Thanks
