HELP! I have a hole through my septum

I noticed a small hole through my septum and went to a Rino specialist and he refused to see me becasue I had told him that I "USED" to use drugs.  But see I have been clean for years now, but not after LOTS of YEARS of HARD use.  I noticed the hole and got worried that if hit just right my nose might cave in, but that Dr that I saw said that couldn't and woulndn't happen.  Well, I have been having problems w/like large scabs on the sides of my nose that blow out and somethimes have to be pulled out so that I can breath.  These are on the outer side of the of the inner nose, but looking up my nose on a daily basis I have notices that the hole has gotten A LOT BIGGER and the area is HUGE.  I don't know what to do, I am scared that if I got to another ENT Dr that he'll just tell me to go away because of the PAST DRUG use.  I am really getting worried because the size of this hole is all the way through and close to the size of a dime (now it may not be that big but it is a lot bigger then a eraser)  What should I do and who should I go see???  And what do I tell them to let them know that I am clean and plan to stay that way.  Especially if I have to have the inside of my nose rebuildt.  Again I am just so worried that if hit the right way that my bridge of my nose will cave in.
Please let me know if any of you have gone through this or you have the same thing and what can be done and should I do something about this SOON!!!!

Just been reading about your nose , I have a very large hole on the inside of my nose on my sptum last time it was measured it was 9mil in size but i know its getting bigger and if i got hit in the right place my nose would defintly cave in , i have had 6 buttons fitted which block the hole for a short while but this method did not work for me and there is no surgery available for me because of the size of the hole... i have had this since i was 14 i have never used drugs and dont know why i have this hole ... dr's are amazed and i often think they dont believe i have never taken drugs but i havent any way iv just at to learn to live with it ... its a pain in the butt ... the scabbing is bad but iv just accepted it and when it gets bigger and starts becoming a problem ill go bk to th hospital for now ill just live with it

I'm only 15 years old, I've had this hole in my nose for a while now, for like, 3 years. I used to have nose bleeds a lot which wore it down. I've never done any type of drug. And I've never been to a doctor before either so I'm not sure what is it. Some people are born with it.Me, being a little kid, well anyone, have surely picked their noses once in their life. xD

But anyways, I take advantage of it. People get piercings done in their septum that my parents would never allow me to get. Since the hole is permanent and open, I just stick a piercing through it. If you know gauge size (often used for ears) but I personally measured my hole. It's about a 00g. Which, I can fit my pinkie through.
