Haemongioma on my EAR

Well I want to know about cryosugery as I have haemongioma on my right ear. As far as my Doctor had already operationed my right ear and cut the dirty part of the haemongioma. But they told that in future it can grow again if it happens than cryosurgery needs to be done so, I want to know more about cryosurgery and how it is treated?
