Hard Impact On Ear, Can't hear

I'm a diver and twenty I landed really hard in the water off a 3m board on the side of my face. immediately at impact I could hear ringing and my hearing was blocked. it sounded as if you but a seashell on top of your ear ad the hearing was just muffled. I can still hear by It isn't as good as my other ear, everyone said it was just eternal but after one night of sleeping on one side is still there. any clue on what it is? and if it's serious?

No clue what it is      No clue if its serious   most people on here will tell you they do or try and give u some advice     my advice  is if you think you have some kind of damage that u did to ur ear best thing to do is to call a doctor   most hospitals have a 24 hr nurse that will talk to you and answer any questions and let u know if you need to seek further medial help.  dont wait your time liestnting to ev ones opinion and maybe finding an answer go straight to the source and get your ear fixed! lol    goodluck man im sure your ear will be fine btw!
