Hard Mucus In Nose/Throat

I've done a surgery for septoplasty and turbinoplasty in fev/14 so little over 2 months and since then my nose has been clear from mucus and i can breath better, however, now i have the felling i have something in my throat all the time, i have difficulty swallowing and even speaking sometimes, also, i have hard and dry mucus very deep in my nose, it all started after the septo/turbino surgery.

What should i do? i've went to the doctor and he just told me it would get better but it definitely didn't. I have
sinusitis/rhinitis.
