Headache, Dizziness, Ear sensitivity

Looking for possible illness for these symptoms. Person is Male, 21 yrs. old. They have been complaining of a really bad headache in the back of the head, dizzy, and ears are very sensitive to sound. It started about a week ago, lasted for a few days, stopped and recently came back again. I'm looking to see if there is something over the counter that could help or if it is something a doctor needs to look at. Thank you!

Your symptoms of dizziness, headaches, lightheadedness, if they are relieved by eating something, will indicate that you might be having episodes of hypoglycemia. Inadequate sleep can also cause tiredness, fatigue and dizziness. Other causes for these symptoms are inner ear infections; brain disorders heart problems, fever, stress, low blood pressure and anxiety. Please consult your GP who will examine you and may ask for blood tests for evaluating blood sugar and CBC.
