I am stupid

Hi,
I suffer from health anxiety very badly. Six years ago I thought I had throat cancer and constantly streched my throat open and poked at it to try and see what was wrong. This constant streching and poking meant I had an irritated throat for about 2 years.  I had all tests done saw several doctors nothing nasty and no infection.
I have recently done the same thing again and the same irritated soft palate has returned. I have stopped interfering with it but it is still painful. I have found that my teeth are always clenched and my tongue is pressed hard against the roof of my mouth. My mouth will have more saliva than normal because I have not swallowed. I swallow conciously then which is painful. It is not sore in the morning but gets worse during the day as I eat or drink. it is irritated by coffee etc but eased by alcohol.
I have done this to myself again and would appreciate any advice .

Thanks a lot.
