Nose, smell and taste issues

Everyday my nose is stuffy, not stuffy to the point where I can't breathe but my nose is not comfortably open and I wouldn't normally care but this is what seems to happen because of it - suddenly at a point during the day my sense of smell and taste changes (everything now smells and taste weird and bad), sometimes it happens if I sneeze or blow my nose or sometimes it just randomly happens. Once I go to sleep at night and wake up in the morning it is fine again and then throughout the day again at some point it happens. Has anyone ever experences anything like this? If so what did you do to help it.

Thank you.

I have been getting something like this all the time for the last 2-4 years. It sucks. I am just now so tired of it happening that I am thinking of getting into a ENT clinic or something. It even happens when laughing a certain way or yelling, or sneezing, or just blowing my nose. And for me it seems that the left nostril is the culpret. I can 95% of the time fix it by bending over and putting my head between my legs and grab behind my heels or ankles and put pressure to my head and it will fix it, but I am tired of dealing with it. I used to smoke and it made the ciggeretts unbearable to taste. And even foods and smells that usually taste good or smell good to you taste and smell like ****.
