Patulous Eustachian Tubes Are So Annoying!! Does anyone else have this?

I had this for awhile but just to be sure I went to and ENT today and he did a pressure test in my ears and said I have PET. Which is just an open Eustachian tube instead of a closed blocked one. He suggested to make a incision in one of my ears if I get really bothered by this, which I am. But it's not always effective and sometimes could make things worse. I'm not sure If I want to get that done. Is there anyone else with PET. Could you let me know if you got any kind of treatment for this. I would really like to know. Thanks for any Replies.
