RINGING, ITCHY EARS!!! WHAT'S CAUSING IT?

Don't know if anyone can help...but I've been having really itchy ears lately, a little inside the ear canal and on the outside...i do suffer from allergies so I'm thinking this may be the cause. But now I've been having this real annoying ringing in my left ear. Both ears feel a little full, the left is worse though. I went to an ENT a few months ago and they did not find anything. My Primary prescribed me some Decongestants but that was a while ago. What's weird about this high pitched ringing is that I hear it mostly when I move my head around, it's not always constant....

Would a decongestant such as benadryl help with this problem? I do believe it's my allergies causing this. What do you think?

Thanks.
