Stuffy Nose, Clogged ears (not wax)

Hi,
For months I've been having a feeling of clogged ears and stuffy nose. Each day a different nostril is stuffed and I've been to numerous ENT's and Doctor's and they all just give me sprays that don't help to use. I had a hearing test done and it was fine. Once in a blue moon my ears will pop but then clog again. I've taken sudafed and other decongestants and those don't help as well. I'm pretty much fed up at this point, all these symptoms cause me to be dizzy and have headaches. I'm so scared that it can be naso-pharyngeal cancer.. does anyone have any experience in this field? I don't have insurance right now.. thanks.
