Throat/Ear/Tongue pain

Ok, so before I start, let me say that I have already made an appointment with an ENT, but it's not for 2 weeks and I'm concerned.

Currently:  I have pain under my tongue where it's connected (started recently), pain/tightness - what feels like a super tight muscle knot/ball - at the back base of my jaw right below the ear, ear tube pain, ringing in my ears, more so on the right side, which also hurts more.  Have a small (unmovable) lump on right side in mouth almost directly under bottom molars.  Hasn't changed in size in the year since I noticed it, but a lot of the pain in my ears/throat is right around there. Also having congestion and sinus pain from on-going allergies for which I am on Allegra.

History: ear ringing began about 2 months ago, more frequent now.  Pain below ear/in jaw began about 6 months ago.  Tongue pain is recent, ear pain and sinus pain/congestion have increased from allergies but were present prior to allergen exposure.  Lymph nodes in neck are perpetually swollen but worse in the last couple months (again, possibly allergies?).

Other relevant/potentially relevant info: have reflux for which I am on Prilosec.  Also grind teeth very severely (believe my jaw bone on the right side has become slightly deformed as a result - yes, I am seeing an orthodontist soon).  Have seen a few blood blisters in my mouth recently, possibly from teeth grinding?  They went away quickly.  Thyroid is normal. Quit smoking after 14 years nearly a year and a half ago.  Obviously concerned about cancer.  I am a 29 year old female, 22 BMI, also on Wellbutrin and take Ambien fairly regularly to counteract Wellbutrin-induced insomnia.  Family medical history is unknown.

OK....so that was a lot of info.  Can someone just tell me if this sounds like it could be serious or is probably just nothing?  I realize that ultimately the ENT will be the one to tell me but it's 2 frickin' weeks away.

Hi there,  I've got the exactly same condition. Been to ENT surgeon, oral maxofacial surgeon and dentist. Did USG, CT scan & MRI throat too but result is normal except the enlarged lymph nodes under my jaw/mouth. Would you guys be able to share ur experience or outcomes? Did anyone get diagnosis? R u still getting pain or how did it get better? I'm so frustrated coz it's been more than 3months but doctors are not able to give me a diagnosis..

I know it's been a long time since you posted and I'm sorry no one responded to you.  I have almost identical problems as you describe...about 7 months now.  I have seem multiple doctors of all sorts and had some tests done.  Did you ever get a diagnosis or did your pains resolve?

Thank you!
