Throat and Occasional Ear Problems.

This has been going on for around close to a year now. My throat irregularly more often then not will feel foreign and it will feel more onerous to speak. Others tell me that they don't notice any discrepancies within how my voice sounds but it does sound different to me. I haven't noticed any correlation between food, hydration, anxiety, etc. Also occasionally my right ear will sometimes echo back the sound of my voice. I'm oblivious to know if the two are connected or not. The problem with my throat has made me more reticent compared to when it feels smooth and clear which seems like how it should normally sound.
