Unclear on sinus infection symptoms

2 months following a bout of Otitis Media (treated with antibiotics and Mucinex), I still feel a little blocking in my ears and eustachian tubes that requires me to swallow/yawn every 10-15 seconds in order to clear.  I was prescribed Flonase a few weeks ago, because my ENT suspects that I also have a Sinus Infection, but I am a little skeptical because I don't seem to have the classic symptoms like stuffy or runny nose, bad headache, green/yellow mucus etc.   However, I have been experiencing nagging weakness/fatigue and a strange feverish sensation (without an actual temperature) for the past 4 weeks though, which started towards the end of my Ciprofoxacin regimen.

The other thing that makes me wonder if I really have a sinus problem, is that the FLonase hasn't made any improvement in my symptoms after 2 weeks..
