Warm Feeling in head

All my symtoms (symptoms) started when I had some pressure behind my left ear. The it was start feeling really hot on the inside. So I went to the er because I started getting really dizzy. The er doctor did notice fluid in my ear so he put me on antibiotics. This did not help the problem so I got a cat scan and it came out clean. I ended up going to a ENT and they noticed fluid in my ear bone. So they put me on a sterroid. I have also had some neck pain along with these warm sensation that are in my head. Could this be from a pinched nerve? Please help because it really bothers me.
