What is going on with my ear!!!??

Hello,
About a week and a half ago, I had a sore throat and then i think it was a cold. I had a runny nose, sore throat
Now as time goes by, i feel like its affected my ear. I can't hear very well from it, it feels blocked. I can't 'pop' my ear. I try to like when i yawn only the right side pops, the other side feels blocked/plugged.
It's kind of sore...when i open my mouth it's like i have jaw pain or maybe it's my ear causing the jaw pain...i'm not too sure. I will be going to the doctor in a few days when i have some time, but i was wondering if someone could help me on this. Could it be an ear infection? Eustachio tube blockage?...ahh it's soo frustrating!! please help!!!
