Worried about infection

Sometimes in September, I suckled for two (2) minutes a hooker's breast and tasted some sour/salty stuff. I swallowed but later realized she was coughing. I started spitting for so long. Six weeks later, I had a terribble sore throat. I took some antibotic (antibiotic) but did not help. It subsided abit then later I feel like there is a sore in the side of my throat and a sour/bitter taste in my mounth that has persisted. I have gone to an ENT and they have tested and found nothing. But he beleived it is acid from the stomach causing the burning in the throat. I have been put on some medication for Laryngeal reflux (Nexium 40mg)for over 4 months. Slight improvement but sour taste is really persisstent.  Everytime I check my throat it appears reddish. Now I have also increased in saliva in my mouth. My tongue is abit geograpical too and slightly white.
My question is, could I have picked something from this hooker? I have tested several times for HIV and got negative results.
why am I having sour/bitter taste in my mount and some much saliva? The stress Iam going throgh is causing alot concern to my family. Please help!!!

I'm probably biased becasue I have a serious fungal sinus infection, but it sounds like you could have a fungal infection.  Ask an ENT to take a fungal culture of your throat.
