bad smelling white particles coming from throat?

dear Dr, i have bad smelling from mouth. some times when I cough deeply, a white bad smelling particles coming from mouth.They look like  small  peel of a skin. i used many tooth pastes and gargles to get rid of this problem. But no use.  due to this bad smelling particles i feel bad smell in mouth, mouth become bitter. i am brushing my mouth 3 times a day. when i saw those particles in microscope  in (40 x field) they look like long  shape of  paricles. My tonge become white always.please advice me.

Maybe tonsil stones....  google that.

My husband had that and went to an ENT--he released them and said that they were trapped food particles that became rancid.

I would guess either tonsil stones or a yeast problem.
