deviated septum, rhinoplasty,sinusitis surgery

Hi,
I had a surgery from my nose which is for deviated septum,sinusitis, and i guess conca meats made smaller with radio frequancy based equipments(thats what doctor have told me). and rhinoplasty in that surgery. it took 2:40 or 3hours and even it has passed 6months i cant breathe with my nose  i visited doctor thirth month and he said its physiology of human body that only your one nostril will be active for a time other will rest and opposite when its second nostrils turn. but the point is both of my nostrils are workin at %10-25 efficiency i always breathe with my mouth. i have looked inside my nostril with just a small penlight and even from mirror
i saw a spherical meat which was closing the hole when i sprayed otrivine my nose and look after my nose from mirror with a light i saw that meat became smaller. the meat is in the place where your triangle section of your nose connects to your skull i guess its conchae.
I will of course go and see a different doctor this week but i just wanted to get another expert ideas about it. Excuse me for my english please

I had rhinoplasty several years ago for cosmetic purposes. This year I have been told from an ENT specialist that I have a deviated septum.  I too can only breath from my mouth because my notstrils are constanty stuffed up. The ENT told me that the operation to repair the deviated septum does not work. So now I use saline nasal spray which only helps temporarily. What are we to do about it? I wish there is a doctor out there who can tell me how to live with this deviated septum and chronic sinusitis. I would appreciate a response. Thanks so much.
