hard to take a deep breath

about 2 years ago i got a really bad sinus infection more like a head cold that made it so hard to breath or eat or anything else. after i got over that about 3 months later i started having this problem like i couldnt get a deep breath. i have had alot of test done and they all came back good. but ut its been 1 year and 8 months now and i still cant take a deep breath. it feels like something in my throat, i have to gag alot today i looked in the mirror with a flashlight and saw white stuff in the back of my throat. i have to fake yawn to take a good breath. i think it might be my allergys. i dont have a stuffie nose or i dont cough. please help

And did they have ANY abnormalities at all?

Hi Emily,

It could just be mucus. I get that too, where I can literally see it.

What kind of tests did you have done?
