hole in nose please help!

Please help, my partner has created a hole in in nose by the use of cocaine, he really wants to stop but is finding it really hard. When we are on holiday he does not miss at all, soon as were back, he's back to normal. The hole is starting from the back but not yet reached the front but will do soon if something is'nt done about it. Is there anything i can do to help him? Or Can this hole even be repaired if he stops? please help me with some advice as i dont have anyone else to turn to.. Thankyou

Usually doctors won't see people who have ever done drugs, It's a physical change which was caused by a stupid choice of cocaine. There is surgery that could be done, if only it wasn't caused by the drug. Of course, it's very normal for people who snuff to have holes in their septum's. Make him stop, that's really the only cure. If he's lucky, it'll grow back.
