nose blocked..
my one nose is always blocked..... when i sleep turning myself left then left is blocked and right is open.......... and if i will turn other way ,closed will be open and open nose will be block soon........ i dont know what to do.........
I have a deviated septum and constant stuffiness due to allergies and the nasal strips really help. It jsut opens up the nostrils and allows you to breathe.

may be its seems dumb but i always have this problem from last six month... i went to doctors regarding this problem then he told me its physical blocking.......... after examining he gave me antialergic tablets ..but the condition is persisting.....
