I think your saying your anemic with a low RBC, but I hope your doctor is checking that out further for you.  You should see a ENT doctor to have your throat problem checked.  You could have a reflux problem, or allergies.
I have a problem with my ears, sinuses, throat, chest congestion.  I saw a ENT and he told me it was reflux and allergies, but I do have some other serious health issues.
Just check everything out to be sure your okay

1. Cold Chills 3 mths: What does your doctor say? Do you have fever? Do you prefer a warmer environment when others find the place alright? By chills do you mean shaking of hands and feet?

2. Deafness in one ear 1 mth: May be wax, and only after removal of wax one can make out if something else is there. Since you have lymph nodes in neck on the same side, and on the side of face near the ear, one wonders if you have some infection in the ear area. Even a boil can cause the lymph nodes to enlarge. Since the inside of the nose hurts, the problem may lie there.
How long have you been having  morning nasal stuffiness ?
The blocked nose may mean some swelling of the nasal mucosa, and one can expect  such swelling to affect the eustachian tube (the ventilation tube to the ear from the upper throat) as well, and hence 'deafness' in that ear. They are reversible. And there is no room for worry.
In the meanwhile, you can do some steam inhalation.

An ENT can find out what exactly is wrong with the nose and ears and the neck and face nodes. You may mention the 'cold chills' to him for his thinking.
