popping in ears

Hi,

Ive been having a few problems even with grommets in my ears...They include

Popping and crackling whenever i swallow, when i eat, talk etc....i dont know why this is and what i can do 2 help it....im talking sprays but they dont seem to help....

Can anyone help me with this problem....Any ideas???

my ears have been crackling so bad my uncle told me to plug my nose and blo so i did and now when i talk it sounds like im talking into a cup!!!!

If you find any information on solving your issue please let me know. I also have had ear tubes put in and my popping symptoms and ear ringing has dramatically increased.If you get any info, please email me at steve_riley***@****
