urgent help cure required

hi;
I donot have my ear drum in my left ear, it was broken due to infection during my childhood.
A sticky pus like liquid comes out of that ear regularly. I usually clean with ear bud and pour ciplox-D as a medicine.
But its spreading through out and may reach brain. While I clean that liquid from ear I feel giddiness as the bud goes directly to brain and touches it.
I would be highly obliged if I get some remedy or cure for my disease.

I have been living with my condition last 19 years.I have been taking the medicine ciplox D ut there is no special effect; which was prescribed by doctor.But I want a permanant cure for my disease. I always get the mucos secretion from my ear.
Any treatment if necesarry I will do lease let me know the information on this.

Your situation requires immediate treatment by an ENT. Eardrops administered in the ear canal do not have access to reach the brain. Since your left ear is missing the eardrum, eardrops should be used with caution and only when specifically prescribed by ENT.
