I get the same thing - have had it off and on for years. I can only conclude that it's to do with my sinuses because I have chronic sinusitis and sinus headaches. If you find out aything please let me know. Best wishes

How long have you been smelling that? were you just exposed to anything out of the ordinary like strong cleaning chemicals, or even smoke from a fire?
