HELP ME !

Two days ago the my right ear started to hurt really bad, the next day, the pain went down into my throat on the right. I went to the doctors and they said nothing was wrong, I was utterly confused. It hurts to swallow and I can't yawn without having pain. It hurts really bad. Please help me!!!!
