After septoplasty surgery had note about SAA

I have surgery for a deviated septum.  The biopsy had notes about SAA, this was in 2003 but nobody said a word to me.  I have horrible eye pain which is probably from the cyst in my sphenoid, also thyroid nodules does the SAA cause this, spine DDD.  If this is the same SAA I seen with gene 21 and 53 it causing problems.......is this the protein SAA "serum amyloid A protein" and if so what are preventive measure I can do to stop this.......who should I see........I will be seeing an ENT hopefully in a few weeks.

I shouldn't say doesn't anyone know what SAA is but anyone famuliar with SAA....how did it get there, causes of it, what does it cause, etc?
