Face sweating, headache, tonsillitis and sinusitis

Hello, i'm new to this forum.

i'm 27 years old, and i'm overweight.

for the last couple of months i've been having recurring tonsillitis, and i also have sinus problem that often come and go for years.
but this last few days i've been having cold face sweating especially in the evening and night, headache, and feeling very tired even after walking a few meters (my face would flush and sweat).
i find this strange even with my overweight problem, i usually kinda durable when i exercise.

i've been to a few doctors,
before i get my x-ray, the doctors advise me to get my tonsils removed due to the recurring tonsillitis,
after i get my x-ray, the doctors also advise me to get my sinus drained (it seems my right cheek is filled with liquids and my left cheek is half filled.

but i've been worried sick, are those symptoms considered rather usual for both of tonsillitis and sinusitis?

i'm planning to get both surgery done this week, but i need to put my mind at ease first.

thank you very much to anyone who replies to my question.
