Fatigue and Dizziness

For the past two months, I have experienced extreme fatigue, sometimes accompanied by a headache and dizziness.  I am usually fine until around three in the afternoon, when I begin a steady decline for the day.  It is all I can do to get home after work and get in bed.  This cycle repeats itself each day.  On one occasion, I went to the ER with dizziness, a splitting headache and vomiting.  I was sensitive to light while in the ER.  I was diagnosed with three medications for migraines, which alleviate the dizziness and headaches.  Nothing alleviates the fatigue.  I don't believe I have been diagnosed correctly.  My bloodwork showed lymphocites at 13%; the lowest normal level is 24%.  However, my white blood count is normal at 10.7.  I believe I have a sinus or inner ear infection but no doctors have been willing to follow up on this intuition.  Does anyone agree or have any suggestions?  Would an infection last this long and cause this much fatigue?  I am usually quite active.  I would appreciate any help readers might offer.  Thanks you.

Have you thought about environmental conditions. Do you work perhaps in damp conditions? I have recently had my office air tested and to my surprise found a number of fungii present in the air. ENT are now looking at fungal cause and I am waiting for the results of a CT scan of my sinuses. My symptoms include fatigue, dizziness and headaches. To begin with, my symptoms were evident at the tail end of the day but as they have progressed are pretty much constant now. You can be tested for antibodies relating to fungii. I tested positive for antibodies in relation to aspergillus.
Good luck.
