Feeling of something stuck in my throat

I've had a feeling of something being stuck in the right side of my throat.
It feels swollen from the middle of my neck to my chest. I feel pressure
on my chest and find it difficult to breathe when I'm exerting myself.
I've tried every Asthma, mucous, antihistamine, nasal spray and still
nothing helps. I'm a 42 health female and has had the problem for a month
or two now. The past two weeks have gotten worse. Any thoughts on what
could be wrong?
