Hearing problem

I have been having a problem with my ears for the last 2 years. I have to TURN DOWN everything or else I get headaches. As I get older, I am wondering what could be wrong with my ears. I thought as you got older, you turned things up to hear. But my hearing has gotten very sensitive. Help.

I do not get migraines. I have never had one. And my head doesn't hurt until my ears have had sound for awhile.

Hi,

This is probably migraine, it is common with the migrainers to experience this sort of sensitivity to the sound as well as light. Apart from this you should also get your audiometry, tympanometry and stapedial reflex test done to find out what whether there is any problem with your hearing. Any more doubts you are welcome.
