Have you even been injured in the neck area?  Do you feel you get this hot feeling when you move the neck area?  Do you have pain when you move the neck?  Google cervical problems and see if any symptoms match yours.  You should go to a doctor, if you haven't already, to get checked out.  It's possible its a disc problem in the neck-weird symptoms can come about with disc problems.

I wonder if it's because of low blood sugar - hypoglycemia? Google it and see if you are experiencing these symptoms. If you feel like this again get some sugar into you quickly like a can of coke, lollies and see if you start to feel better in 5-10 minutes. If you do than you know you had low blood sugar
