I have cronic nose infection and bad nose smell

I have have cronic nose infection for the last 10 years. The mucus in my nose is green and dry. Probabley becouse of this, I have bad nose smell. Freinds and people told me that I have very bad smell like rotten egg. I can't close people and talk freely. Once I was advised to wash my nose with sallt every day. But this doesnot give me  a long lasting solution. What shall I do ? Is it curable? Please give me your advice specially how can aviod my bad nose smell specially via home tretment.

Doctors can cure about everything, except chronic sinusitis.  That's because there's not enough blood flow to the sinuses to deliver enough antibiotics.  Besides, the Mayo Clinic found that sinusitis doesn't fit the normal infection model. Saline doesn't work because of gravity.  Until now.  I discovered a way to defeat gravity, by bending over (duh!) and the saline washes out the infection, which conforms with the Mayo Clinic findings.  All of this information is in My Journal, under Flip-Turn Sinus Flush.  It's risky, but extremely effective, including curing my 5 year chronic sinusitis case.

Hi everybody

I know how you all feel; I’ve had this sweet smelling odor in my nose for five years. It showed up on a cat scan as an infection. I got operated on and two days afterwards the smell came back. I’ve tried almost everything. I have bought all of the spray the sprays that are out there, Including therabreat and that doesn’t work either. So this is an ongoing battle. The only thing that has relieved the smell a little bit is something called gentamicin R X. 6394929.
You can get it with a doctors prescription from your pharmacist who mixes it in with a saline solution it’s hasn’t cured me yet but it might cure somebody else. It’s for impetigo in the nose. This stuff will relieve the smell in your nose for a couple of days or so. So I wish everybody luck and I’ll keep on trying more things, as I know you all will.
Also I feel nauseous everyday of my life for these past five years.

Sounds very similar to my problem. I went to a couple of doctors and was treated with antibiotics, decongestants, steroids(oral and nasal), and even an antibiotic cream to put in my nose and the relief was temporary if that.

I started to think maybe the infection was fungal and remembered I had tea tree oil, which is an antifungal. Tea tree oil is used in treating nail fungus, athletes foot, etc.... So I thought it was worth trying. I would put several drops into boiling water and inhale the steam twice a day. I also used cotton swabs to swab the inside of my nose with the oil. I first dipped the swabs into olive oil (because tea tree oil must be diluted) and then I put a drop of tea tree oil on the swabs and rubbed this around, inside my nostrils, as far back as I could stand it, also twice a day. My nose started improving almost immediately, so I continued this treatment for about 3 weeks. It really did help tremendously, but I guess I should have continued until the green crusty mucus was completely gone, because now it has returned. I have started back on th tea tree oil and will stay on it until no more green stuff appears when I blow my nose.

Caution....the tea tree oil may cause a burning sensation and may also make you sneeze.

Canada110's absolutely right.  An ENT doctor can diagnose a chronic sinusitis and evaluate it with CT scans to see if anything needs to be operated on.  Antibiotics are necessary some times.  Alternatively, or in addition, nasal steroids can help as well. Some examples include: beconase, flonase, rhinocort, and nasonex.
