Is it dizziness from ear infection or is it something else?

I'm not sure if I'm posting this is the right area, but I think my next step is to see an ENT, so i thought to post my problem here.

*On Sunday the 21st I used a brand new cream for eczema/vitiligo on my stomach called Protopic Ointment.
*12 hours later as I was in the bathroom under bright lighting, looking into a magnifying mirror, I all of a sudden got extremely dizzy and my hearing changed completely.  I got on my hands and knees on the floor and tried to control my breathing but nothing was working.  Then all of a sudden I got very intense sever abdominal cramping, feeling exactly like menstrual cramps times 100.  After a bowel movement, all the symptoms slowly got better and I began to feel normal.
* Mon and Tues I experienced dizziness
*Wed, Thur and Fri the dizziness got a little better
*Sat and today I am not feeling well again and still feeling dizzy.

I have been to general dr and eye dr and both have not found any reasons for any of the above.

If I try to exercise, like I did on Friday, the second my heart rate increased, I began to feel VERY weird and dizzy and I immediately stopped exercising.

I do feel stuffiness in my nose and i do feel slight ear clogging, but Im not sure how everything would tie together.  Im very scared of what i am feeling.  Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

I have had all my wisdom teeth out. Just saw the dentist recently and did not see anything unusual. I have had constant dizziness for now over 24 hours.  Last time it lasted for 4 days.  Havent been to an ENT doctor yet but thats my next step.  Hope you have yours figured out.

Hi Hanson!
I think I am narrowing in on the problem: infected wisdom tooth.....

Tomorrow I am seeing an ear/nose/ throat dr. and on April 10th i am seeing an oral surgeon.

I have not experienced any blackouts.  Our teeth can cause many many symptoms in which we think are "non-tooth" related.

Have you seen an ENT doctor or been to the dentist lately?

I have had the same symptoms along with occasional profuse sweating, nausea, and blacking out. Have had stress test, blood tests, and ultrasound on carotid arteries and all came back normal. I too would like to know what is causing this. If you get a diagnosis, please let me know.
