MRI scann Inconclusive results..??help!

Hi I have had the following symptoms for 5 months
Tinitus (ears constantly ringing) also feals like there is something moving around in my ears and i hear a clicking noise form time to time, pains on tip of my penis, pains in the groin area and in the kindney area.
It started with diarrea for about 4 weeks, I also had the ear probloems and blurry vision, some dizzyness & just felt bad.
The runs went away after 4 weks My Dr thought it was related to a viral or bacterial infection. The penis pain was scarry so i was testd for HIV 3xs 3 months apart and test was negative, also tested for any other STD's and found nothing, I did take the medication for clamidia or gonarea just in case.

Well the diarrea comes and goes like once a week, now im constipated. But the ears ringing and hurting and the blurry vision are there along with back pain between the shoulder blades. I went to an ENT and had an MRI. They called me Friday Night with the results saying your ear, nose & throat or fine but "test was inconclusive because we found a spot on the left part of the brain that came up blurry, a small blurry spot!, Then she says we dont know what it is you will need to go to a Neurologist. Wich they recommended and i will call this week.
Has anyone heard this before? Are they just blowing me off so the neurologist can inform me of the bad news? Thanks.

Sometimes during a MRI if you move even a little bit a spot may appear as blurry or out of place. Medically these are referred to as anomalies. I would suggest to you to have the MRI taken again and see if the spot shows up the second time.
