I am suffering from severe pain of Nasal bones and septum from past 5 years. can any body suggest me something ... :(

thats so weird i have pain in the septum do
i find its linked with the septum being dryed out and so i used sterimar sometimes or vaseline inside
i have been perscribed bactriban which is to get rid of some infection in my nose
