Should I be worried about swollen lymph node?

I have a palpable lymph node on the right side of my chest/neck area right near where the clavicle starts. Not sure of that is considered supraclavicular or cervical. It is about the size of a marble, it moves around freely and seems soft. I have one on the left side in the exact same spot that is a little smaller and harder to find but still soft. I have been messing with the right side which may be why it's gotten a little bigger. I haven't been sick lately, but I have been stressed out and anxious. Now I'm freaking out something is really wrong. Any ideas? Should I make a doctor's appt?

Well, it is probably related to a previous illness and is reactive.  But to be safe, you should see your doctor about it in he near future.  Let us know what they say.

I made an appt for next week. It kills me to wait that long but with my job, I have limited free time. I can now feel one symmetrical to it on the left side. It is smaller. I'm sure I am making my own issues by feeling around and now that I know it's there I'm having a hard time leaving it alone. Really hope it is nothing.
Waiting is always hard but really, try not to worry.  A lymph node in general is the bodies way of working well to keep you healthy.  Most likely not a serious issue at all.  Let us know after your appointment, okay?
Went to the Dr today. He is saying the lymph node wasn't a lymph node but actually more like a lipoma. So that's good I guess. I made him reassure me several times that it was not a lymph node and he said it wasn't
Yes, that's good.  :>)  Try not to stress over it.  good luck
