REALLY need help :-(

I have had this problem for a while now. I have trouble breathing and my nose always feels clogged and I can't blow my nose for it to be cleared - I still feel blocked. I also have had many repetitive sore throats in the past years and recently it's worsened. I sound hoarse, there's always mucus in the back of my throat and it can smell a little bad too. I've had little tonsoliths but only experience this a couple times. Also I've coughed up bloody mucus 2 times in the past year. I really need an answer.

Also I'm not quite sure if my nasal problem is associated but I thought that might be useful. I'm pretty sure It's a deviated septum as I couldn't breath due to my nose being knocked at birth. I am very self conscious of these problems so please help!

Additional info: other health problems include: TMJ and hyperhydrosis (un-diagnosed but very obvious). Taking no medication.

Family history: my mother had hyperactive thyroid.

Because your so young your body is constantly changing so hyperhydrosis will stop when you get older, everyone i know had it bad at school as all your hormones are changing.first of all try not to worry bout your nose to much,u can allways breath via your mouth so dont panic! :) .if i was you id go to the doctors, tell them about it and ask to be refered to a ENT specalist, they can check your nose/sinuses etc out,so then ul get a better answer etc allso i believe you can be checked for overactive thyroid via blood tests, which is nice and easy as well, hope this helps a bit :)
