Lymph node in cheek

Hi there,
My best friend is concerned because she has had a moveable "lump" in her right cheek for over a year. It hasn't grown, but is about the size of a nickel. You cannot see it, but you can feel it and palpate it. She has not had any gum/dental problems. A month ago, she noticed a dime sized swollen lymph node between the armpit and breast area. Should she be concerned?

I wouldn't be too concerned about the lymph node. They are regularly enlarged as a sign of infection. She could just be fighting something off. As for the lump, I would go to the doctor. It not really much to be concerned about, but it's worth it to check.

With her good luck!

I think she should be concerned and she needs to see a doctor.
