Swollen lymph gland on right side of the throat

Hi I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and Hypothyroidism back in July of 2008.  I had a bunch of boils right before all of this began.  Anyways, I am feeling horrible theses days.  I have lost 43 lbs since going gluten free and I have noticed an enlarged lymph gland on the right side of my neck.  Some days it is larger than others and it actually is painful to swallow at times.  I have had a Cat scan with contrast any many doctors palpating it and checking it out and they all say its nothing to be concerned about.  This is not normal to have enlarged lymph gland in your neck like this.  Doesn't this usually mean there is some type of infection or virus going on in your body?  I have had multiple blood work up and they always come back clean.  I am at my wits end here because I am feeling awful and I feel this is somehow related.

Hi,

Get an FNAC (Fine needle aspiration biopsy) done, that would give you some peace of mind.
Apart from the neck nodes, do you have nodes elsewhere like in the armpit, clavicular region? Do you have recurrent fever or loss of weight?

How long have you had this swollen lymph node?  What physicians have you seen so far about it?
