Vibrating in my ear. (Please help)

Today I woke up at 12am and I noticed this vibrating feeling and noise in my left ear and I thought "it will probably go away in a few"  So after I went to the bathroom then came back to my room I turned off my fan and then I noticed that vibrating was still in my ear and I never had it stay in my ear like that before so I started getting scared and if I turn my head in certain directions it would be a lot worse and it was getting really scary,  The noise is kinda like if you hear a train engine kinda far away getting closer or like if you turn your neck a certain way sometimes you hear that noise like your muscles?  It would be just like that but hearing that every 1-3 seconds..  I took a 500mg Magnesium a little while ago..  I hope this help...I got the vibrating noise right now..  Before I had thumping in my ear for a week or 2 and I was taking a 500mg magnesium everyday till it went away.  I just hope this is the same kinda problem..  The best I can think of it might be my neck and ear muscles twitching from not enough vitamins and magnesium.  Ill try this for about a week and see if it fixes the problem.  Its pretty scary and if anyone actually knows what is it please tell me.  But it really happens when I turn my head or neck really in any direction.  Please help pray for me if that's okay.  After Im done typing this ill pray for everyone too.  God be with us hopefully.

Does anyone know what this is?  It is still happening to me and its pretty scary for me..  I wish someone could reply to my topics..  I got problems that no one else have or just don't wanna reply to..  Being scared is a horrible feeling everyday to have for me and I don't like it..  the only way else I can explain this topic maybe is like when you are yawning and stretching and you hear that weird noise..  its kinda like that every 1 to 3 seconds..  If anyone has had this before or at least know what what is it please tell me.

Its been 4 days and I don't have any progress on the problem getting any better. if anyone else have had this or has it please tell me..

Iv noticed a new thing.. If I cover my ear with my hand completely over my left ear it gets a lot worse and scary.  But I think it has been a week and no progress that I think of..  Please I need some views.. I try to get my word out all the time but everyone ignores me and my family just get mad when I ask them.  Please reply to this topic.

Its been a long time and its still happening like crazy to me and I been stressed and scared every single day still..  All I can say I noticed if my head is completely down I don't notice it much but a little but when I turn my head back up it gets really louder and more of the vibrate feeling.   Its so scary and nothing I can do about it.   Can someone please answer?
