Hi, 2 weeks ago I woke up with my room spinning when I turned my head around while laying down. It only happened when laying down.
Everything from high blood sugar, to high blood pressure, came to my mind. The night before I slept little, like an hour for the whole night. I listened to loud music I did eat a lot of sugar and salty stuff.
I first thought it was the lack of sleep so I slept a lot the next days, and it kind of started going away, but never quite did. I was getting worried.
Then I took my blood pressure, it was high, but not to the point that I should have vertigo.
So I then researched, and tried Epley manuever, thought maybe that was it. Once I did it, it immediately went away.
I'm 31.
So my question is, if Epley maneuver cured my vertigo, does that mean my vertigo was caused by BPVV, or could it still had been caused by blood pressure or sugar issues?
It only happened when laying down and turning head.
