am i dying?

my fiance and i have been together about 5 months he has woke up some mornings with blood in his throat and nose. he works out side all day and if he eats something spicy his nose bleeds. i have noticed his eyes are yellow and he has been getting depressed. i on the other hand have recently started waking up in the middle of the night choking on blood i dont know why but i have plz can anybody help me out.

I am glad to see you have an appointment with a doctor.  I hope its for both of you.  Something is very wrong, especially since he had it first.  Some of the other answers you got made a lot of sense.  It could be something contagious also.  Please let everyone know if you two are okay.

the funny thing is i am in college at this point and my fiance is at our home town. he is taking care of things while i am going to college.  i have a doctors appt set up thank you guys really thank you all for your in put i will let ya know wat the verdict is on next friday

Yeah, I missed the last sentence, sorry. It is odd to choke on blood; both should be seen by  doctor. What can this be? My guess is as good as anyone else.

so they both possibly developed liver problems at the same time? that would be a strange coincidence.

He may require a blood test for blood count, bleeding and clotting time estimation, and a serum bilirubin measurement.

Hi,
Unusual bleeding with some yellow coloration of the eyes points first to the liver. It is better that you consult a doctor. Maybe I am stretching my imagination. But still..

I think you should look into the air condition or heating ducts.  It sounds like there is a ventilation problem and or something like mold allergy as sirjoseph mentioned.
Also, try looking for carbon monoxide?
It sounds like you are being poisoned by something....go to doc and also, have your house tested for the things mentioned.
