please tell me waht was the reason for the coma .....and you can go to an x-ray doctor and see if it's esophageal stricture due to brain disorder due to the coma ........................ If nothing wrong can be found physically through endoscopy, X-ray, CT, MRI or swallow study, then it might be time to investigate the psychological.

Was a tracheostomy or intubation done? This could cause persisting inflammation and problems with swallowing. What was the reason for coma, as brain disorders can cause problems with swallowing. Please discuss with your doctor, as prolonged difficulty with swallowing will cause dehydration and nutritional problems.
