dry ears, buzzing in head, eyepressure

What do I have.  Ears are ok re hearing, eyes ok seeing.  Have fullness in ears, buzzing and right eye sore (pressure) for over 2 years now

Actually, you can have meniere's disease without the vertigo.  I believe it is called cochlear hydrops.  I got relief going on a gluten free diet.  Some people get relief by consuming a low carb diet.  The ears are very sensitive to sugar and other foods.  Give diet a try and see if it helps you.  I'm sure there are other things that can cause your symptoms and you would need a doctor to diagnose that.

Do you suffer from vertigo at all?  The fullness and buzzing could be caused from a condition called Meuiere's Disease. If you do not suffer from vertigo then it cannot be that.
As for your eye...not sure about that.  Did they start at the same time?
