Someone give me a solution for my pain.

I am having pain several different areas. My nose is congested, there's pressure in my nasal cavity, my right ear aches and there's a pain that radiates down my neck. I have no medical insurance and desperately need help. I have been using ibuprofin for the pain. It aides but doesn't take it away.

That is exactly the dose of ibuprofen and tylenol that I take, 3x/day, and there is something about combining ibuprofen and acetaminophen that REALLY helps with pain.

Be sure to take the ibuprofen with food or plenty of water.

Hope you can find help--maybe try calling a hospital or referral service and see where you might be able to get free or reduced-cost medical care.

perhaps you haven't taken enough ibuprofen...  you can take up to 800mg (4 x 200mg tablets) up to 3 times a day if you don't have kidney problems.  you can add up to 1000mg of tylenol 3 times a day with this as well.

saline nasal rinses help sinus congestion and is inexpensive.

if it's not getting better, see a doctor at a free medical clinic.
